COLLABORATE

From its beginnings, the PhiloBiblon databases have been continually revised with

the help of a large number of interested scholars. This page is intended

to make it easier for you to send us descriptions of

manuscripts, printed texts, or works that we have not yet been able to describe

or to correct or supplement existing descriptions.

Here you will find a set of forms that help you to contribute new

data and help us to enter it into the database correctly.

All such contributions will be given due credit in the database records themselves as

well as in the acknowledgments on our Home Page.

The procedure in all cases is the same: Click on the appropriate Word or interactive PDF form to download it to your computer, save it,

fill it out, and e-mail it (as an attachment) according to the instructions in the form. You can fill it out

completely or partially: Incomplete information is better than

no information. It is not necessary to return the filled-in form. You may cut and paste

the added information directly into an e-mail message if that is easier.

In some cases it may be necessary to print the form, fill it out

manually, and then scan it in order

to send it as an email attachment.

In addition to the forms, we have also added Notas explicativas. Initially

all these Notas are in Spanish. Over time all these materials will be translated into English,

Catalan, Galician, and Portuguese.
