Penn Libraries copy imperfect: leaf a1 wanting but for the words 'Primera partida', which have been excised and pasted to a printed leaf (woodcut border of scenes from the life of Hercules surrounding the coat of arms of Charles V of Spain) inserted in its place; leaves chi1-2 wanting; leaf 3G6 (blank) wanting; leaves cropped at all margins with frequent damage to and occasional loss of headline and ms. marginal notes; first (inserted) leaf, leaves a2-a8 and 3n1 mended at inner margin; leaf 3f5 has tear at top margin with damage to printed initial and ink blot in inner column obscuring a few words of text; leaves 3G3-4 detached from spine.”
